If you have you epic flying and are on the or have done the Netherwing quests you can level your mining well in to 400's out there. (it is so dead no fighting for nodes)<BR/><BR/>2. You can get rep from warring the rep tabards, but you must be in a level 80 dungeons. you can be any level.<BR/><BR/>3. Wait untill you see the Hall of Stone and the Hall of lighting.
