Hi Elly and Sal,

Love your podcast. Had a request for you: Could you add a link to the RSS feed on the blog frontpage? I want to listen to the latest episode here at work, but I dont have Itunes installed here.

If I knew the actual URL of the RSS feed, I could pick the last episode strait from that.

Keep up the good work, I enjoyw your podcast. And props for being so consistant with shows, not every other podcast outhere is able to keep it up week after week! :D

Hello Elly & Sal,

wanted to leave a little message here again. I wanted to thank you for discussing gaming addiction on your podcast. It's a topic everyone should be aware of and a lot of the WOW or MMO podcasts just don't seem to be bold enough to talk about it. Cheers to both of you!

In my personal opinion a person can be considered addicted if their only social contacts are within a game. There's a lot of people who see it as the easy way out imo. It's easier to interact in a game than it is in real life. It's easier to make contact, to chat, to talk, to be yourself. If someone doesn't like you it doesn't hurt your feelings.

And I think I do know, because it was something I did for quite a few years before realizing that life out there is SO wonderful and rich.. you just have to open your arms and let it happen.

Llane,

I think that is a great perspective. You are right, many claim that the interactions within WOW are just as valid as real life interactions. While, I am not of the belief that all people require a huge social network, real life interaction with real life people is still vital.

Thanks for the comments!

Sal

Quick correction on the posdcast... An emailer talked about 3 hunter abilities and I mistakenly identified them as the 41 point talent in each tree. Sorry for any confusion!

Hey Elly and Sal its Dakanu again, and I would just like to say that your podcast still rocks! I listen every week right when your podcast comes out. So keep up the Good Work! And just to let you know, I took your advice on starting an alt. and I even switched to an allience character, a draenei shaman to be specific, and having an alt. totally changes everything with having rest periods. the only problem I see is that I run out of rest exp. to quickly, just can't stop leveling.
